Matt Smith

Matt Smith is an English actor who shot to fame in the UK aged 26 when he was cast by producer Steven Moffat as the Eleventh Doctor in the BBC’s iconic science-fiction adventure series Doctor Who (2005).

Since leaving Doctor Who in 2013, Smith has gone on to appear in the films, Terminator: Genisys, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, Patient Zero, Morbius, and One Night in Soho. He is well known as portraying Prince Philip in the award winning Netflix series The Crown. Matt can currently be seen in the hotly anticipated Game of Thrones prequel series; House of the Dragon as Prince Daemon Targaryen.
